Furthermore, 800-TAX REFUND has no access to the online filing user's tax return information unless the user provides his or her login Username and Password to 800-TAX REFUND. Such access to the online filing user's tax return information is strictly limited to only those employees of 800-TAX REFUND who have a specific business purpose for using it. Our employees are trained on the importance of maintaining confidentiality and taxpayer privacy. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with all applicable requirements of the Internal Revenue Code and leading industry practices.
